Offshore Sailing School uses your boat for three years and covers:
- All maintenance costs – a value of at least $1000 a year!
- All dockage or mooring and winter storage costs – a value of at least $5000 a year!
- All insurance costs for commercial use – a value of at least $400 a year if it were just for your personal use!
At the end of three years, Offshore Sailing School returns the boat to you in go-sail condition. Or you may request that Offshore Sailing School keep it in the school’s managements program for two or more years and earn 5% on the original purchase price for those two years.*
*The 10% return is paid four times a year – on annual month end quarter dates (i.e. March 31, July 31, September 30 and December 31). Your first quarter payment will be the earliest date above after the fate of your boat’s delivery into the Offshore Sailing School fleet, pro rated for the number of days left in the quarter. Whether or not the boat is needed for the additional two years will depend solely on Offshore Sailing School’s needs.
